Karbon performed commissioning services for a 235,000-SF, Tier III facility with a 10,000-SF data hall with approximately 10 MW of capacity.

The project was schedule driven and much of the equipment was not ready for testing as scheduled. To avoid further delays in schedule we had to track partial testing across multiple teams. We accomplished this by developing and implementing a daily handoff methodology. We also advised the owner daily of any hindrances, delays and deficiencies, so there were no surprises. The result was a successfully commissioned project.
