The project involved a 15,000-SF office fit-out located on the 11th floor. Karbon Engineering Services provided complete HVAC design services, including all duct work distribution to the floor and supplemental AC units for the IDF closest. The scope also included the design of the electrical distribution and lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems to support the new office.
