The project involved a new two-story addition to an existing data center. The 226,700-SF Tier III data center includes 2.43 MW of critical power, 15,000-SF of white space, new mechanical and electrical infrastructure and the build-out of shell space for two future 18,000-SF computer rooms. We performed peer review services for the design of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure. After conducting a thorough peer review and evaluating the MEP design, we saved the client $20 million by reducing the need for new infrastructure.
