The Dallas project involved the commissioning of HVAC, power, lighting controls, fire detection and protections, and security systems for a 17,000-SF LEED Gold office expansion. Components of the project included a sophisticated lighting control system (daylight harvesting, dimming, time-clock, vacancy and occupancy sensors, conference scenes), which had to comply with IEC 2015 SATEC power meters.

The Houston project involved the commissioning of HVAC, power, lighting controls, plumbing, fire protection/detection, and the security systems that support over 260 people in this office relocation project.
